Should a chargeback be initiated, a fee of $50 will be assessed. This fee covers administrative costs and potential losses. We encourage you to contact us first to address any concerns or issues you may have. Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that XclusiveMDesignz does not offer refunds, except in cases where a mistake has been made on our end.

You understand that XclusiveMDesignz is a self-owned small business and agree to pay the amount required for your specific customized order.

Custom Orders

All items are custom made to order. Due to the nature of custom work, changes or cancellations will not be permitted once the order is submitted.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct before submitting your order. Please double-check your details to avoid any issues.

SECTION 9 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

After payment, disputes or requests for refunds will only be considered if a mistake is made by XclusiveMDesignz. No refunds will be issued for reasons other than errors on our part
